We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Oniru and Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations, testing, sample handling, documentation, and quality control activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and company standards.
- Collect, receive, label, and prepare samples for testing.
- Record and document test results accurately.
- Report unusual findings, equipment issues, or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and analysis.
- Maintain proper laboratory records and documentation.
- Assist with quality control and laboratory procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment appropriately.
- Ensure laboratory equipment and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
- Perform other laboratory-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- B.Sc., HND, or OND in Medical Laboratory Science, Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have License as a Lab Tech.
