- Operate and monitor lamination machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up lamination machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Prepare and load films and other packaging materials correctly.

- Monitor the lamination process and ensure consistent bonding and product quality.

- Identify and troubleshoot common lamination machine and production issues.
- Minimise material waste, adhesive waste, and machine downtime.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Maintain accurate production records and report machine faults promptly.
- Work closely with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and production procedures.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
