Job Title: Lead - Data Intelligence & Digital Advisory Systems
Location: Lagos
Role Objective
Lead the development of digital data systems, performance intelligence tools and analytical platforms supporting IPMC'S advisory, assessment, reporting and assurance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for automation, system scalability and improved analytics.
- Establish data integrity, evidence traceability, information security and access controls.
- Support the integration of financial, operational, regulatory and sustainability datasets.
- Design and manage structured databases for corporate, operational, sustainability and project-related information.
- Develop digital data collection, validation and management workflows.
- Collaborate with analysts and technical specialists to translate assessment methodologies into digital products.
- Build business intelligence dashboards, performance monitoring systems and automated reporting tools.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in database development, data engineering, analytics systems or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL database design, data Visualisation and relevant programming or reporting tools.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in enterprise information systems, financial data platforms or ESG analytics is desirable.
- Reporting Line: Chief Technology Officer, with project responsibilities assigned by the relevant Programme Lead.
