The Legal & Company Secretary will provide legal and company secretarial support to the organization, ensuring that business activities, contracts and corporate matters are managed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and statutory requirements. The role will advise management on legal and commercial matters, support effective contract management, maintain corporate records and filings, and help manage legal and regulatory risks across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and practical legal advice to management on business and operational matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements, advising on associated legal and commercial risks.
- Manage company secretarial matters, including corporate records, minutes, resolutions and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licenses and statutory requirements.
- Advise on the legal implications of company policies, procedures and business decisions.
- Manage litigation, disputes and claims, including liaison with external legal counsel.

Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
Must be called to the Bar and admitted to practice law
