Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable Java-based software components.
- Build scalable backend systems that support AI and language-model applications.
- Contribute to AI model evaluation and performance improvement workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses using defined quality and technical criteria.
- Provide clear technical explanations and feedback on evaluation results.
- Support supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and related AI training activities where required.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and other technical contributors on AI projects.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
- Develop secure, stable, readable, and maintainable code.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of new product features.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with

- Good understanding of Java syntax, conventions, and software development principles.
- Experience developing software and actively participating in code reviews.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

- Experience with AI or Large Language Model (LLM) projects.
- Experience with AI model evaluation or training workflows.
- Software Quality Assurance experience.
- Test planning or Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience.
- Experience working with backend systems or APIs.
- Familiarity with SFT, RLHF, or other AI training methodologies.
