Job
Responsibilities
- Maximize truck utilization through effective planning and scheduling.
- Optimize truck deployment to reduce fuel consumption and operating costs.
- Ensure the assigned fleet achieves the minimum monthly trip targets
- Work closely with the Sales team and third-party customers to secure additional haulage opportunities that improve fleet utilization.
- Ensure timely and reliable delivery of products for local, inter-district and bridging operations.
- Coordinate truck mobilization to meet loading schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve issues affecting service delivery.
Requirement
HND or Bsc in Business Administration, Transport management or a related field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in haulage, logistics operations or fleet management as a Logistics Lead or Supervisor.
Relevant administrative certification is an advantage.
Team-oriented with good reporting discipline.
Proximity to Ibeju Lekki is an advantage
