Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Personnel to ensure the efficient operation, repair, and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment within the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-effective solutions for electrical efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts usage.
- Respond promptly to electrical faults, guest complaints, or staff maintenance requests.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to support plumbing, mechanical, and general repair tasks when required.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards.
- Ensure all tools, materials, and electrical equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Assist in energy management initiatives to reduce utility consumption.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, outlets, and equipment.
