Management Representative at Jawa International Limited is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and conducting internal and supplier audits to verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and internal standards. This role focuses on document control, audit planning and execution, Ensuring ISO standards at all levels in all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits across all departments, and prepare clear audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Conduct supplier and vendor audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO.
- Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely and effective closure.
- Manage document control, including SOP creation, revision, distribution, and archiving and all documents pertaining to maintaining ISO standards
- Administer change control, deviation, and non-conformance management processes.
- Support preparation for and coordination of regulatory inspections and external audits (e.g., NAFDAC).
- Compile and present quality performance metrics and management review reports.
Qualifications
Education:
Sc./HND in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification by SON or any other regulatory body.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in quality management or auditing within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment, with sound knowledge of GMP and QMS standards.
Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, GMP, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 – 2015).
Proven auditing skills, including audit planning, execution, and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management/QMS software.
Excellent report-writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
