Job Summary
We are seeking ambitious, intelligent, and customer-focused graduates to join our Management Trainee – Banking Officers Program.
The program is designed to develop high-potential individuals into well-rounded banking professionals through structured training, mentorship, and practical exposure to various banking functions.
Successful candidates will gain experience across Retail Banking, Branch Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Relationship Management, Credit, Compliance, and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in structured classroom and on-the-job training.
- Gain practical knowledge of branch banking operations and procedures.
- Support account opening, customer onboarding, and documentation processes.
- Assist customers with banking products, services, and account-related enquiries.
- Support customer acquisition and relationship management activities.
- Generate leads and promote appropriate banking products and services.
- Assist with deposit mobilization, cross-selling, and business development initiatives.
- Support branch officers in maintaining accurate customer and transaction records.
- Assist in processing banking transactions in line with approved procedures.
- Learn and apply the bank's policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support compliance with KYC, AML, risk management, and internal control procedures.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and support customer retention initiatives.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of assigned activities.
- Participate in branch sales campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to achieve branch and organizational objectives.
- Demonstrate continuous learning, professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Take on progressively higher responsibilities based on performance and successful completion of the trainee program.
