Job Title: Management Trainee (Steel Manufacturing Company)
in the plastic manufacturing industry. Sun Group entered into the Plastics industry through the acquisition of a plant in Sango Ota, Ogun State in 1991. A second plant was installed and commissioned in 2000 in Lagos. In 2015 both plants were merged under one roof in Ogun State. The plants, which operate under the names Bright Products Limited and Sunplast Industries Limited, are equipped with top-of-the-line injection molding machines from China, India and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operational data and prepare reports.
- Identify process gaps and support productivity and cost-improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership potential, discipline, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Support assigned departmental activities and projects.
- Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.
- Work with experienced professionals and departmental heads.
- Gain practical knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and factory operations.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work in a factory/industrial environment, including shifts where required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines.
- NYSC discharge/exemption certificate where applicable.
- 0–2 years’ experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
