Job Title: Management Trainee
Industry: Plastic Manufacturing
in the plastic manufacturing industry. Sun Group entered into the Plastics industry through the acquisition of a plant in Sango Ota, Ogun State in 1991. A second plant was installed and commissioned in 2000 in Lagos. In 2015 both plants were merged under one roof in Ogun State. The plants, which operate under the names Bright Products Limited and Sunplast Industries Limited, are equipped with top-of-the-line injection molding machines from China, India and Taiwan.

Job Summary
A reputable plastic manufacturing company is seeking young, ambitious, and highly motivated individuals to join its Management Trainee Programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Participate in departmental rotations and on-the-job training.
- Analyze data and prepare reports.
- Demonstrate leadership, initiative, accountability, and strong work ethics.
- Participate in process improvement and productivity projects.
- Learn and understand plastic manufacturing processes and business operations.
- Work closely with experienced professionals and departmental heads.
- Support day-to-day activities within assigned departments.
Requirements
- 0–2 years’ experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- NYSC discharge/exemption certificate where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant disciplines.
- Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
