Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality, or a related operations management role.
BSc/HND in a relevant field of study.
Strong knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning operations, garment care, stain treatment, washing processes, and quality control.
Proven ability to supervise and manage staff, monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality.
Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, administrative, and organizational skills.
Must be reliable, responsible, able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations while ensuring smooth workflow.
- Supervise staff, allocate duties, monitor performance, attendance, and compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure garments are properly processed, handled, packaged, and delivered according to company standards.
- Monitor quality control and minimize damages, losses, errors, and customer complaints.
