Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Airport\'s Procurement Strategy, annual Procurement Plan and category-management framework.
- Lead competitive sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and procurement governance.
- Manage procurement for airport operations, engineering & infrastructure, ICT/digital, safety & security, commercial services and capital projects.
- Establish robust supplier
- prequalification, due diligence, performance management and risk-rating
- processes.
- Drive value-for-money, cost optimisation, lifecycle costing and resilient supply-chain solutions.
- Ensure safety- and security-critical procurement meets approved technical, regulatory and operational requirements.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Safety, Security and Internal Audit to maintain strong controls and segregation of duties.
- Lead procurement digitalisation, analytics, reporting and performance dashboards.
- Enforce high standards of
- integrity, transparency, anti-bribery, conflict-of-interest management and ethical procurement

- WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Quantity Surveying, Law or a related discipline.
- Master\'s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), Logistics, Operations, Project Management, Finance or Engineering Management is desirable.
- CIPS, CPSM, CIPP, PMP/PRINCE2, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, Contract/Risk Management or relevant aviation procurement certification is highly desirable.
- 8–12 years\' progressive procurement/supply-chain experience, including at least 4–5 years in a management/supervisory procurement role.
