The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Outdoor Advertising/OOH Media industry, particularly in billboard advertising, media sales and client management.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Manager to oversee business operations, business development, client relationships, team coordination and social media activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development, sales, and revenue growth.
- Prepare business, sales and operational reports for management.
- Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities.
- Coordinate and supervise staff performance and team activities.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain the company’s social media presence and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee the sales and management of billboard/outdoor advertising spaces.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the Abuja advertising/media market is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team management skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field.
