We are looking for a commercially minded, confident, and highly proactive person to help us grow both our customer and farmer networks.

What You'll Do

Find and develop new customers, including restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, wholesalers, and food businesses.

Build and maintain relationships with vegetable farmers and suppliers.

Visit businesses, markets, and farms to identify opportunities.

Understand customer demand, quantities, quality requirements, and purchasing schedules.

Negotiate supply arrangements and close deals.

Monitor vegetable prices, availability and market trends.

Follow up with prospects and turn relationships into repeat business.

Work with our farm and operations team to match market demand with reliable supply.

We will measure your performance by sales generated, new customers, repeat orders, farmer relationships, supply secured, and overall contribution to business growth.

Who We're Looking For

3–5 years'

Experience

in sales, business development, marketing, agribusiness, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Abuja's markets and commercial areas.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Comfortable making calls, visiting businesses, and meeting people in the field.

Target-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

Existing relationships with farmers, traders, supermarkets, restaurants, or other buyers are a strong advantage.

in agriculture, fresh produce, FMCG, food distribution, or wholesale is an advantage.

You don't need to be an agronomist. We need someone who understands people, business, and how to make deals happen.

Probation:

2 months.

Compensation

50%–99% of monthly sales target: N100,000

100% of monthly sales target: N250,000

Above 100%: N250,000 + additional commission according to company policy.

Potential earnings: N250,000+ per month.
