Job Title: Marketer
Location: Amuwo Odofin - Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Marketer to generate new business, promote the company's products or services, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with management and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Contact prospective customers and explain the company's products or services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on prospective customer enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, calls, social media, and other channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct customer visits and presentations when required.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales and marketing reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-driven with a strong ability to convert leads into sales.
Confident and comfortable with customer-facing and field activities.
1–2 years of marketing, sales, business development, or related experience.
Previous experience with commission-based sales is an advantage.
Professional, proactive, and results-oriented.
OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools.
Salary: N200,000 monthly plus commission
