Job Summary
To support the growth of the Company's Agency Network and revenue by acquiring new Agents and customers, deploying POS/Terminals, promoting Company products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with Agents and customers within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on Agent and customer payment or operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Operations Manager.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Agents, customers, and business partners within the assigned territory.
- Comply with Company policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and approved marketing guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities and provide relevant feedback to the Operations Manager.
- Perform other marketing, sales, or operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing Agents and customers.
- Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on Agent acquisition, terminal deployment, customer activities, transactions, and other assigned targets.
- Achieve agreed individual targets for Agent acquisition, POS/Terminal deployment, transaction activity, and revenue generation.
- Report POS/Terminal, Tablet, application, and other technical issues promptly for resolution.
- Support effective utilization of deployed POS/Terminals and follow up on inactive or underutilized terminals.
- Promote and educate Agents and customers on the Company's products, services, and value proposition.
- Identify new markets, locations, and business opportunities and report them to the Operations Manager.
- Support marketing campaigns, brand awareness activities, promotions, and other business development initiatives.
- Requirements and skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing or a related field/Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing
- Excellent Marketing and customer service skills.
