Prospect and qualify outbound leads daily through networking, strategic outreach, and follow-ups on assigned digital inquiries.
Guide prospective buyers and investors through personalized property consultations, virtual tours, and physical site inspections.
Negotiate deal terms in alignment with company pricing and closing strategies to secure signed contracts.
