Job Summary
The role will focus on market research and development, channel development, digital marketing, content coordination, and customer engagement, while identifying new opportunities to expand the organisation’s market reach.
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, campaigns, and performance metrics.
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote the organisation’s products, services, and brand.
- Create, coordinate, and manage marketing content for digital and offline channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media, email marketing, search, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop and manage marketing channels to expand the organisation’s reach and improve customer acquisition.
- Conduct customer and market analysis to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to generate and nurture leads.
- Manage digital marketing operations and prepare reports on campaign results, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct market research and development to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to marketing strategies based on research, data, and campaign performance.
- Manage the organisation’s social media presence and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Track competitors and industry developments and provide insights to management.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, platforms, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
- Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong market research and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and business opportunities.
Experience
or understanding of channel development and partnership building.
Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and performance tracking tools.
Ability to develop and coordinate engaging marketing content.
Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.

Salary: N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
