Job Title: Marketing Associate (SME Banking)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Assist with loan request documentation.
Check pickups (revenue collection)
Prepare call memos
Prepare target market list
Respond to customers' inquiries on the activities of the Business Group
Marketing of retail banking products and services
Key Responsibilities include
Product Promotion:Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
Target Achievement:Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
Customer Onboarding:Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
Requirements
Age: Not more than 35years.
Qualification: NCE, OND, HND or BSc Degree
