Job Title: Marketing & Communications Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise paid advertising campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate PR activities, brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and marketing events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition, retention, and business growth.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports covering engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Manage digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and monthly content calendars.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and corporate communications.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
