Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to build the company’s online presence, drive customer acquisition and sales, and support basic customer service and order fulfillment in the early stage of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing performance including reach, engagement, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Plan and manage content calendars, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support order processing, payment/order confirmation, inventory checks, delivery coordination, and basic after-sales issues.
- Set up and optimize Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads to drive leads and sales.
- Recommend and test additional channels such as WhatsApp broadcasts, email/SMS, Jumia/Konga, etc.
- Develop and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
- Manage social media DMs, comments, customer enquiries, and influencer/micro-influencer partnerships.
Requirements
Good understanding of the Lagos/Nigerian consumer market.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
Proven experience managing business/brand social media accounts with measurable results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of social media analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, e-commerce, retail, or D2C.
Salary: N250,000 + Performance Incentives.
