Responsibilities
- Identify companies and individuals that require accommodation.

- Arrange meetings, presentations and property inspections.
- Prepare approved proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients until bookings are secured.
- Attend exhibitions, business events and networking activities.
- Promote corporate rates, long stays and group-booking packages.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow-up activities.
- Work with the Booking Officer to complete reservations.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
- Provide management with feedback on competitors and customer needs.
