Job Title: Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Summary
The Marketing Executive generates new business, develops partnerships and attracts corporate, group, event and long-stay bookings.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify companies and individuals that require accommodation.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow-up activities.
- Provide management with feedback on competitors and customer needs.
- Build relationships with companies, travel agents, relocation firms, wedding planners and event planners.
- Work with the Booking Officer to complete reservations.
- Promote corporate rates, long stays and group-booking packages.
- Contact potential clients through telephone, email, WhatsApp, Linked In and physical visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients until bookings are secured.
- Arrange meetings, presentations and property inspections.
- Prepare approved proposals and quotations.
- Attend exhibitions, business events and networking activities.
Requirements
- Willingness to conduct field visits and attend events.
- 2-5 years experience in sales, business-development or marketing experience.
- Confident, outgoing and persuasive.
- Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Existing corporate or travel-industry relationships are an advantage.
- OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
