Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Execution:
- Follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
- Work with designers, content creators, videographers, influencers and vendors.
- Implement approved campaigns and promotions.
- Campaign Coordination
- Make sure campaign materials are ready.
- Coordinate activations, events and brand activities.
- Ensure campaigns happen on time.
- Outlet Support:
- Coordinate outlet marketing activities.
- Visit outlets and check branding, visibility and promotional materials.
- Report issues affecting customer
Experience
or sales.
Marketing Research:
Gather information the Brand Manager needs for decision-making.
Research market trends, customer behaviour and new opportunities.
Monitor competitors.
Vendor & Influencer Coordination:
Obtain quotations.
Communicate with vendors and influencers.
Coordinate deliverables and ensure agreed work is completed.
Budget & Documentation:
Help ensure spending stays within approved budgets.
Track marketing expenses.
Maintain quotations, invoices and campaign records.
Reporting:
Prepare execution updates for the Brand Manager.
Highlight what was done, results achieved and outstanding issues.
Collect campaign, social media, sales and activation data.
Follow-up:
Make sure marketing requests don’t get stuck.
Follow up with internal departments such as Operations, Sales, Finance and Production.
