Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Enugu and support our marketing, brand visibility, content, and customer engagement activities.
This is a practical role for someone who is creative, proactive, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in marketing and communications.
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Branding & Marketing team to support the planning and execution of marketing activities, create engaging content, conduct market research, support social media activities, and help increase awareness of IfeanHealth and our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Engage with customers and potential customers professionally when required.
- Conduct basic market research and gather information on customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Assist with community outreach, events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Help monitor social media engagement and provide regular updates on marketing activities.
- Support the team in developing marketing materials, presentations, flyers, and other promotional content.
- Assist with managing and growing IfeanHealth's social media presence.
- Support photography, video content, and other marketing activities when required.
- Create and coordinate content for social media, campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Support the Enugu team with local marketing and brand visibility initiatives.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Candidates currently undergoing their NYSC or recent graduates may also apply.
- Creativity and an ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- A Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
