We are seeking a goal-driven personnel to oversee all sales and marketing activities, grow revenue, as well as a Marketing Manager to manage a sales team, and build our brand presence in Ibadan.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gadgets and accessories.
- Marketing: Plan and execute in-store promotions, social media campaigns, and local marketing to increase foot traffic and online orders.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise sales executives to deliver excellent customer service.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with walk-in customers, corporate clients, and suppliers in Ibadan.
- Inventory & Pricing: Work with operations to monitor stock levels and run promos to clear inventory and prevent price drops.
- Reporting: Submit weekly sales, marketing, and performance reports to management.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in sales & marketing. Experience in a gadget, phone, or electronics store is a strong advantage.
- Proven sales record and target-driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing: Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Must reside in or around (Bodija) Ibadan and be willing to work onsite.
