Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities
Dealer Marketing Support & Activation:
Support and assist dealers/distributors in planning and executing local promotional activities, product promotion campaigns and sales-boosting activities in the Nigerian market; provide dealers with marketing toolkits, activity plans and on-site guidance, help dealers enhance their marketing capability and customer activation, and continuously improve sales performance and brand presence at the dealer level.
Offline Activities & Roadshows:
Take the lead in planning and organizing offline roadshows, product launches, dealer conferences, outlet promotion events and other field marketing activities across Nigeria; be responsible for the full-process execution including site selection, logistics, materials, staffing and on-site coordination, and ensure the smooth delivery, good turnout and tangible results of each event.
Field Visit & On-site Guidance:
Regularly visit dealer outlets and field promotion sites to guide and supervise the execution of on-site marketing activities, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of dealer-led marketing activities.
Nigerian Market & Channel Research:
In-depth research on Nigeria's market dynamics, local distribution channels, dealer capabilities, consumer behavior and competitor activities; collect and analyze dealer and market feedback, and provide data support and actionable suggestions for the company's channel marketing strategies in Nigeria.
Cross-departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product and other departments to jointly formulate marketing and promotion plans that meet the needs of the Nigerian market, coordinate internal resources to support dealer events and offline activities, and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of brand information transmission in Nigeria.
Job Qualifications
Sensitive to data, able to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and put forward optimization schemes; good market insight and adaptability, able to quickly respond to changes in Nigeria's market and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Good team spirit, communication skills and execution ability, able to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced working environment in Nigeria.
Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, English or related fields is preferred. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English; able to communicate fluently and produce marketing materials in English.
Strong event planning and execution ability, with good on-site organization, coordination and emergency handling skills; good communication and presentation skills to train and guide dealers; willing to travel frequently within Nigeria and work at dealer sites; experience in producing simple offline marketing materials (such as brochures and banners) is a plus.
3-5 years or more of experience in channel marketing, offline marketing, event planning or roadshow organization in the Nigerian market or other emerging markets; familiar with Nigeria's distribution channels and dealer network; candidates with successful offline promotional activity or roadshow cases in Nigeria are preferred.
