Job Title: Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance Officer
Location: Sango / Lagos Boundary, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
Due to increasing activities, our client urgently requires the servicers of an experienced Maintenance Officer who is highly skilled in Electrical and Machine Maintenances.
Functional Responsibilities
Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:
Machines maintenances and trouble shooting
Preparing cost estimates.
Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams
Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
Documenting the work completed and materials used
Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers and other electrical devices
Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools
Completing work orders on time
air conditioners installations
Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in the apartments
Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members
Managing ,minor electrical issues
Adhering to state and local building regulations.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must possess OND or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
