We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and test mechanical components, machinery, and systems.
In this role, you will lead projects through the full product development cycle—from initial concept and CAD modeling to prototyping, manufacturing support, and quality testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create 3D CAD models, schematics, and detailed technical drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Analysis & Testing: Perform thermal, stress, and fluid dynamics calculations (FEA/CFD) to validate structural integrity and performance.
- Prototyping: Build and test prototypes to evaluate reliability, troubleshoot performance failures, and optimize product designs.
- Manufacturing Support: Oversee production processes, ensure adherence to design specifications, and work with vendors to source materials.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and ensure all mechanical systems meet local, national, and industry regulatory standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with electrical engineers, project managers, and technicians to coordinate project timelines and system integration.
