Key Responsibilities
- Methods & Procedures:
- Review and regularly update IT policies, procedures and processes in line with Group standards.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date IT asset records within the CMDB.
- Monitor compliance with IT project methodologies, procedures, SLAs and KPIs.
- Support quality control and continuous improvement of IT processes.
- Ensure IT procedures and documentation are properly maintained and published.
- Communications:
- Support IT change-management communications and user engagement.
- Communicate through appropriate channels including email, intranet, SMS, desk phones and digital media.
- Develop communication strategies that improve awareness, user satisfaction and understanding of IT services.
- Develop and publish validated IT communications covering awareness, system changes, major activities and incidents.
- Develop trackable IT communication templates and monitor communication effectiveness.
- Planning, Reporting & HSE:
- Act as HSE liaison for the IT division across the affiliate.
- Coordinate and document quarterly HSE meetings.
- Monitor medical fitness certification and mandatory HSE training compliance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc IT activity reports for Management and HQ.
- Participate in IT quality-control audits.
- Support company-wide HSE awareness initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant HSE standards.
