We are looking for an experienced, reliable and responsible Mini Truck Driver to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting agricultural and food products, company materials, staff and other items safely and efficiently. We need someone who is honest, punctual, calm on the road and familiar with major routes across Lagos, particularly Victoria Island (VI), Ikeja, Lekki and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Report vehicle faults, damages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, water, tyres and brakes.
- Maintain simple and accurate records of trips and fuel usage.
- Carry out other driving duties assigned by management.
- Safely operate the company mini truck for deliveries, staff movement and official errands.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
- Assist with loading and offloading of goods when required.
- Comply with all traffic laws and FRSC regulations.
- Transport agricultural and food products and other company items safely and ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
Requirements
- Good eyesight, alertness and physical fitness.
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
- Ability to handle company vehicles and goods with care.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads, especially Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikeja and surrounding areas.
- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience, preferably with mini trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Responsible, respectful and disciplined attitude.
- N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
