Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails to established quality standards.
- Create innovative and visually appealing beverages based on guest preferences and occasions. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service while engaging positively with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and beverage service areas.
- Monitor bar inventory, restock supplies, and communicate stock requirements promptly.
- Ensure proper portion control, beverage consistency, presentation, and minimal wastage.
- Operate POS systems and process beverage orders and payments accurately.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Restaurant, and other resort teams to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with beverage service for events, celebrations, conferences, and other resort functions.
- Follow all food safety, health, safety, and responsible beverage-service standards.
