Job Title: NDT Supervisor – Level I / II / III
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Purpose
To supervise and coordinate non-destructive testing activities and personnel to ensure inspections are performed safely, correctly and in accordance with approved procedures, applicable standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate NDT methods and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering and construction teams.
- Review work scopes and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate NDT technicians and inspection personnel.
- Ensure NDT activities comply with PTW and HSE requirements.
- Investigate and escalate inspection issues and non-conformities.
- Supervise NDT inspection activities.
- Prepare daily progress and inspection reports.
- Review NDT reports and inspection documentation.
- Ensure inspection equipment is available, calibrated and fit for use.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, standards and client specifications.
- Monitor inspection activities and work quality.

- MT
- RT
- PT
- Other applicable NDT methods

Requirements
- Knowledge of applicable inspection codes and standards.
- Supervisory experience for higher levels.
- Relevant NDT qualification/certification.
- Oil & gas/project experience preferred.
- Appropriate ASNT/PCN/ISO 9712 or equivalent certification as required.
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 - 13 years experience and at least 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Relevant NDT inspection experience.
