Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of solar PV and battery systems to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join our Projects team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, HSE standards, and company procedures.
- Prepare inspection reports, maintenance logs, and root cause analysis reports
- Monitor battery parameters including SOC, SOH, voltage balance, and temperature
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and system handovers
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Perform site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution
- Monitor solar PV and battery systems using remote monitoring platforms (SCADA, BMS, inverters)
Requirements
2–5+ years hands-on experience in solar PV operations & maintenance
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
OEM certifications are an added advantage.
Experience with BESS, inverters, SCADA systems, and remote monitoring platforms
Strong troubleshooting and technical reporting skills
Salary: N350,000 / month.
