Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic.
- Supervise staff, schedules, attendance and workplace conduct.
- Ensure excellent client service and smooth client flow.
- Manage clinic documentation, records, reports and administrative systems.
- Monitor stock, supplies and clinic equipment.
- Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs, hygiene and operational standards.
- Handle client complaints and staff issues professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers and external service providers.

Requirements
