Job Purpose
The OperationsManager – Integrated Cleaning Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, business expansion, operational performance and profitability of the Integrated Cleaning Services Business Unit.
The role drives the growth of the business as an independent profit centre by expanding market share, developing new service offerings, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence across garment care, commercial and residential cleaning, fumigation, pest control and facility management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Commercial Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the business and increase market share.
- Identify, secure and manage commercial, corporate and institutional service contracts.
- Develop new service offerings and value-added solutions to diversify revenue streams.
- Build strategic partnerships that enhance business growth and competitive advantage.
- Promote the business brand and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Operations & Service Delivery:
- Provide leadership for all integrated cleaning and facility support operations.
- Ensure efficient planning, scheduling and delivery of services across all business lines.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize the utilization of personnel, equipment and operational resources.
- Financial & Asset Management:
- Prepare and manage annual business plans, budgets and revenue forecasts.
- Drive profitability through effective cost management and operational efficiency.
- Monitor business performance against revenue and profit targets.
- Ensure proper utilization, maintenance and replacement planning for operational assets and equipment.
- Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives.
- Establish performance targets and monitor productivity across the business unit.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Identify training and development needs to strengthen workforce capability.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, HSE standards and quality management systems.
