We are urgently hiring for our client,a results-driven
Operations Manager to oversee site execution, supply chain management, project budgets, and client handovers for our construction, real estate, and high-end interior projects in Lekki.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and high-end finishing quality.
- Procurement & Supply Chain: Source quality construction materials and premium interior finishes (FF&E).
- Financial Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, track profit margins, and optimize costs.
- Site & Project Oversight: Supervise daily site operations, project teams, contractors, and fit-out executions.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with architects, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Key Requirements & Experience
- Location: Must reside in or have easy access to Lekki, Lagos.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on operational or project management experience in construction, real estate, or interior fit-outs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, AutoCAD, or similar).
