Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective security strategies and policies.
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations.
- Ensure security personnel are properly deployed, supervised, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct and coordinate security risk assessments and recommend appropriate measures to address identified risks.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Lead the response to security incidents, emergencies, and other operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain effective emergency response and crisis management procedures.
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor security personnel and operational teams to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with updates on security activities, incidents, challenges, and recommendations.
- Ensure client concerns and operational issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response.
Proven experience managing security teams across multiple locations.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and people-management skills.
