Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and hardworking fresh graduate to join our team as an Operations Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for travelling to various client locations across the Eastern States to monitor and oversee operations, supervise staff, identify operational issues, and ensure that clients’ business processes are running effectively.

Ability to interact confidently with clients and supervise staff.

Must be organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
Must be willing and available to travel frequently to the Eastern States of Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on identified issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Interact professionally with client management and staff.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Visit and oversee operations at assigned client locations.
- Monitor workflow, inventory, documentation, and general business activities.
- Prepare accurate reports after field visits.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and compliance.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
- Escalate major operational issues to management.
- Ensure proper implementation of operational procedures and company policies.
- Support process improvement and operational restructuring where required.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a resident in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have completed NYSC and have the NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
