- with the E-commerce & Digital function.
- Manage warehousing and
- storage arrangements with 3PL/partner providers, overseeing space use, handling
- standards, and stock condition.
- Coordinate delivery and
- logistics partners to ensure dependable, cost-effective, and trackable delivery
- to customers.
- Support order updates,
- delivery follow-up, and resolution of complaints or returns linked to stock or
- fulfilment, in coordination with the wider Customer Service function.
- Track KPIs such as
- fulfilment rates, delivery times, and stock accuracy, and drive continuous
- improvement across the supply chain.
- Work with Commercial
- & Marketing on demand planning for campaigns and promotions.
