Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Paint Sales Manager to manage and coordinate distributors nationwide, drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all distributors nationwide.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and key customers.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary support.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective paint sales strategies.
- Develop strategies to expand product distribution and market share.
- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of set sales targets.
- Negotiate with distributors and major clients.
- Identify and develop new distributors and business opportunities.
Requirements
