Gadgas Limited is a multi-faceted company specializing in the procurement of oilfield service and maintenance equipment for the oil and gas industry, consulting services to the oil and gas industry, technical advisory services to companies in the power sector, as well as supply of Energy Saving Bulbs.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and prepare employees’ compensation at the end of each month.
- Supervise the payroll processing and documentation, ensuring accurate, timely payments and delivery of payslips.
- Supervise and prepare employees compensation, benefits, taxes, pension and other insurance and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance of wages and all deductions with statutory regulation.
- Supervise the entry of new employees’ bank accounts details, tax and pension information into the company’s data base.
- Supervise the preparation of NHF, NSITF, PAYE, PENSION and PENSION schedules on the 1st week of every month and ensure payments.
- Supervise the reconciliation of agreed invoices schedule before generation of the billings.
- Supervise the preparation of invoice on specified dates as agreed with the Clients,
