The Personal Assistant to the COO (Operations) will provide executive and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring effective coordination of activities across departments and business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the COO.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments and business engagements.
- Track operational activities, projects, deadlines and departmental deliverables.
- Follow up with department heads and team members on assigned tasks and management directives.
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, meeting briefs and correspondence.
- Record meeting minutes and maintain an effective action-tracking system.
- Assist the COO in monitoring operational performance across business units.
- Identify delays, outstanding actions and operational issues requiring the COO’s attention.
- Coordinate travel, logistics and other executive arrangements when required.
- Maintain confidential operational and management records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management or a related field.
