KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide safe and comfortable transportation for the Director at all times.
- Drive the Director to meetings, business appointments, official functions, and other authorized locations.
- Ensure punctual arrival at all destinations by planning routes and considering traffic conditions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's movements, conversations, business activities, and personal information.
- Conduct daily checks on the vehicle to ensure it is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
- Monitor fuel levels, servicing schedules, insurance, licensing, and other vehicle-related requirements.
- Report any vehicle fault, accident, damage, or maintenance requirement immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and relevant expenses.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and in excellent condition.
- Assist with luggage, documents, or other items when required.
- Remain available and flexible according to the Director's work schedule.
- Demonstrate courtesy, patience, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with the Director, staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Observe all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other reasonable duties as may be assigned by the Director or Management.
