Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and highly knowledgeable Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor to oversee the production process of pharmaceutical products and ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards,including Current Good Manufacturing Practices(cGMP), and production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production data and implement operational improvements as needed.
- Manage production schedules to meet demand and minimize downtime.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day pharmaceutical production operations and workflows.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Implementing and reviewing (SOPs) for production operations
- Manage product quality assessments and implement quality control programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
Requirements
Candidates without proven Pharmaceutical Production
Experience

Minimum of Five (5) to Eight (8)years of progressiveexperience as a Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry or allied disciplines.
with inventory management and production scheduling
Excellent understanding of industry safety standards and quality control regulations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Salary: N400,000 per month.
