Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls and enquiries.
- Welcome and attend to customers, visitors, and business associates professionally.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customers receive prompt assistance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Receive and manage correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
- Record and maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
- Assist with administrative duties, filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding the company’s products and services.
- Provide information about the company’s water products, services, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Office Technology Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
