They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Locations:
Surulere, Yaba, Ebutte-Metta, Mushin - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare out-of-stock lists and support timely replenishment.
- Monitor and reconcile system inventory with physical stock.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory documentation.
- Ensure all sales transactions are processed through the POS.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Attend to customers and handle phone/chat enquiries professionally.
- Refer clinical questions and prescription-related concerns to the Pharmacist.
- Check expiry dates and prevent the stocking of short-dated products.
- Receive, arrange, and monitor incoming stock.
Requirements
- Good understanding of product expiry monitoring and proper storage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Previous
Experience
in a community or retail pharmacy is an advantage.
Proximity to the assigned location is key.
ND in Pharmacy Technician/Pharmacy Technology from a recognized institution.
Relevant professional registration/licence as required for practice.
Good knowledge of pharmacy inventory management and stock control.
Ability to operate POS systems and maintain accurate transaction records.
Ability to work effectively as part of a pharmacy team.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
