The successful candidate will be responsible for designing network solutions, supporting sales opportunities, analyzing customer requirements, and translating business needs into feasible, secure, and cost-effective network solutions.
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Pre-Sales Network Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Deliver customer-facing technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), cost estimates, and technical quotations.
- Prepare project handover and technical documentation.
- Review and manage design rework to meet customer and project requirements.
- Develop technical proposals, solution designs, and network architecture diagrams.
- Work closely with Sales, Service Fulfilment, vendors, and other technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors on technical solutions and quotations.
- Ensure solutions comply with relevant security and technical standards.
Requirements
- Strong customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience preparing technical proposals, BOMs, cost estimates, and network designs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Network Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Telecommunications.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP will be an advantage.
