Provide PACO engineering expertise and technical authority for the HA & HB-Buko projects, delivering 350-450 MMscf/d of gas and 25-30 kb/d of oil/condensate from 2029. Ensure technical assurance across design, construction, and commissioning, integrating O&M, Smart Field, and WRFM

in managing pre-commissioning and commissioning of a variety of PLC, DCS and SIS; design reviews, FAT, iFAT and SAT for 3rd party Vendor packages such as Gas Turbines, Compressors, metering packages and system integration
in the specification, design and integration of telecommunications systems
Strong technical foundation with the ability to work independently, as well as challenge and support others
Good working knowledge of a broad range of electrical/electronic engineering systems and tools and understanding of the EP business and other discipline needs.
Conversant with Nigerian, Renaissance and International oil and gas facilities design codes and standards.
Ability to function effectively in a multi-ethnic, multi-disciplinary environment. Good leadership, coaching, negotiating, decision-making, personal relations and communication skills are paramount for success. Intercultural awareness and team integration abilities are a requirement.
Personal effectiveness and ability to work and deliver with minimal supervision.
